Every device is treated like it may contain personal or business data. We assess condition, identify storage media, and decide whether the item should be wiped, dismantled, recycled, or prepared for resale.
Devices are logged, photographed, and reviewed for resale value, recycling needs, and any obvious data-storage components.
Storage devices are wiped or physically destroyed before resale or recycling. Customers should still factory-reset devices before turning them in whenever possible.
Usable gear is evaluated for resale or parts recovery. Non-resalable material is sorted into responsible recycling streams.
Booking, intake, and resale records are maintained internally so the customer-facing site can stay focused on service details instead of backend operations.
Important: We make reasonable efforts to wipe or destroy data using standard processes, but customers should always back up and factory-reset devices before surrendering them.
